Punta Mita

Punta Mita is a 1,500-acre peninsula in Mexico's Nayarit state that's known for its luxury resorts, white sand beaches, and tropical climate. It’s known as the Best Places to Visit in Mexico and one of the Best Beaches in Mexico. This coastal town is an exclusive and luxurious vacation getaway, it includes almost 10 kilometers (six miles) of virgin Pacific coast beaches. Punta Mita is located on the north end of Banderas Bay, about 10 miles north of Puerto Vallarta.

Located about 15-km southwest of Sayulita and only 8-km west of Destiladeras Beach in Riviera Nayarit. Punta Mita Mexico was originally home to artisans, merchants, and fishermen. Punta Mita has a mild tropical climate with average summer temperatures of 85 °F (29 °C) and winter temperatures of 75 °F (24 °C).
